About me
H.E.A.R.T.S. Connection is a Family Empowerment Center (funded through CDE) serving Kern County. We serve families who have children/young adults with special needs ages 3-22. We help through parent to parent support, parent support group meetings, IEP assistance, parent trainings, IEP clinic, etc.
