When the term ADR is used, what usually comes to mind is pre-OAH due process filings or CDE state complaints. Fair enough, but what about addressing the unresolved (or new) conflicts that arise after the investigation, mediation or hearing is over? In this fast-faced and interactive session, participants will receive tips and tools for moving forward in (re)-building positive parent and school partnerships. Learn how CDE, SELPAs and ADR professionals are already heightening ADR at school and district sites.
