2025 SELPA ADR Conference - Synergy in Action!

This workshop aims to equip school administrators, teachers, and staff with practical strategies to create an environment of synergy, even in the presence of antagonistic individuals, such as parents involved in high-conflict divorces. The session will focus on understanding relationships in shared spaces, addressing conflicts directly, and fostering a culture of collaboration within the school setting. Participants will leave with actionable tools for managing challenging relationships and promoting a cooperative school environment. This is a lecture with role plays.
