We discuss the concept of investing time "Below the Green Line" (Relationship, Identity, Information) in ways participants can implement tomorrow .We will questions and discussion groups to capitalize on expertise in the room and promote awareness of the family perspective.  We use our survey data to demonstrate what families think and feel based on information they receive and highlight how it can often differ from the identity and values of the administrator.   We will provide reference material, tools, templates and samples via Google folder.
