About me
Noreen Lippincott has been in the educational field for over 20 years. She has worked in group homes, taught in general and special education, and as a Program Administrator for 16 years within a large urban district. She served for four years as an Improvement Facilitator with the System Improvement Leads (SIL) Project, and is currently the Program Administrator for the High Quality IEPs project. Noreen is a certified Compassionate Systems Master Practitioner and Improvement Science coach. As an adoptive foster parent and sibling to a neurodiverse brother, Noreen firmly believes in the potential of ALL children to thrive and advocates as their steadfast champion.
