About me
Laura Blackburn, M.S,. is currently the Placer County SELPA Support Coordinator where she supports districts and SELPA by organizing professional development, leading implementation projects and supporting cross county collaboration. Laura is also a CAPTAIN Regional Implementation Lead, Executive Leader, and Schools Coordinator. Laura is also a PENT leadership team member.
