About me
Carlie Fickes, the parent representative of the South East Santa Clara SELPA's ADR Cadre also serves as one of the SELPA's CAC members. Along with her work in family advocacy, she has worked as an occupational therapist for 17 years. She is a proud mom of three children with neurodivergence and has a passion for sharing her experience in using ADR strategies to school teams and her fellow parent community.
