Engaging Partners Utilizing CADRE's Early Dispute Resolution Self-Assessment

In this interactive session, the presenters will introduce the new CADRE Local/Regional Early Dispute Resolution (DR) System Self-assessment Tool. The tool is designed to record baseline information about early DR capacity, and help frame conversations about effective DR systems, current capacity, needs, and priorities. Participants will explore the tool and engage with peers on the assessment process and discuss the elements of an effective early dispute resolution system. The tool is intended to be completed by a team and informed by invested educational partners. Participants will discuss opportunities for meaningfully engaging partners in the process.
