Discover opportunities to build district capacity to prevent disputes and resolve conflicts early. Presenters will share a national study commissioned by CADRE that explored hundreds of districts’ early dispute resolution capacity and needs. In this session, participants will gain knowledge of innovative strategies and lessons learned from their colleagues to inform the implementation of local-level dispute prevention and early resolution practices. Walk away with an understanding of effective routine practices to enhance systems, and identify opportunities for collaboration between LEAs, SELPAs, P2P, CDE, and Parent Centers to build local-level capacity.
