While students are at the heart of what we do as educators, often it is the voice of the student that is unheard and under-utilized. This presentation will focus on the value and power of our most untapped resource, the student voice. 
Drawing on my expertise in alternative dispute resolution and my experience as a student with an IEP starting at 5 years old, I will share methods to help participants understand how to address common barriers that often come with conflict and make meaningful space for student voice and partnership in the IEP setting.
